At my wives request I have restructured an aspect of our business.  Instead of doing repairs the days I am open I will be working on my personal projects.  I will be relaxed knowing that I can walk away from my projects which lack needing to be completed as soon as possible.  We have one of our newer batches of Body Butters to use at home.  It is the Lemon Shea Body Butter and smells decent.  The new business cards arrived from Vista Print and I have been trying to hand it out as much as possible.  I felt like one of those business men from an episode of Kids In The Hall...,"Taxiee!"

Their are two new listings up on Ebay.  One is three plates from Lenox and the other is a Rare game of the Great Muppet Caper 3-D Board Game from Milton Bradley.  I am hoping to have another listed tonight (It will be an Electronics Board).

  Thank you!

P.S. I had an older gentleman speaking to me about how he had an Atari VCS 2600 and an Atari 2600 Jr. He said one of them needed repaired and he was visiting from Cincinnati OH.  Luckily I had my business card to hand to him.  He also bragged about his score in River Raid, I forget the actual count, but I know that I had not heard of a score that high.

I feel that everyone should have a video game console without having to pay over hundreds of dollars.
Currently I have an older model of a PlayStation 2 with one controller and two games for $35.00.
I also have a GameCube with one controller and two games for $30.  For video games I have an "Original Resident Evil" CAPCOM game (released only the Famicom) with English translation for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

Finally I am feeling more confident on selling on Ebay.   Here is my
current listing for Princess Rescue Homebrew for the Atari VCS 2600
(Mario) Princess Rescue Atari VCS 2600 Homebrew Mario platform game.
This was just listed last night.  We will also be at Jamie's Flea Market on Wednesday
and Saturday unless posted otherwise.  We Repair/Buy Broken vintage electronics,
mostly video game consoles or video games.  I need as much advertising as I can.
Here is the FaceBook link for Jamie's Flea Market!
Jamie's Flea Market, the largest in North-Eastern Ohio!
I have booths #45-#46 in the center (middle) building, which is the new building on
Wednesday and Saturday 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.

The display case is finally full, but now I need help to try and keep it half empty.  It is
about time, but I finally feel bad for Tester/Demos/Samplers at the mall.  In my past experience I felt that I have been attacked about having to try this lotion that I could not live without. Anytime they asked me if I wanted to sample their
lotions or receive a spritz of their perfume, ironically I do that now.  Some people have gone overboard making them the better salesperson, but at a cost.  "Would you like to try a sample of our natural Vegan friendly lotions or body creams?"
"Oh, well, God Bless you anyway!"  The body butters are a harder lotion kind of like a primer that last longer.  I use it after a shower generally whereas the lotion is applied through out the day on hands.  Lotion items are kept on the display case.

Making a movie is tough.  I am going to repeat this over and over.  Small budgeted/small crew productions should be complimented (regardless of how you felt) on making and distributing a movie.  I would love to have a movie made, but my wife insisted on my reading how-to books.  My wife was right. In the past I have read books and books on making movies and movies.  It was hard for me to find the right book as well, because there is a lot of over lap, but a two hundred page book may only have a page worth of information that I need to add to my knowledge.  A page, and I needed to at least skim through the whole book to find where all the paragraphs lie. Returning to a statement I may have made in the past, I should be able to duplicate Star Wars A New Hope (1977- started around 1970, with filming around 1974).  What I mean is, I want that filter that makes the difference between viewing a film screen and watching America's Funniest Home Videos (Yes, I use to watch it only for Bob Saget's voice overs).

I finally have items to repair and restore.  In only a month I feel that I have changed directions from an only nick-knack store to the store of my dreams (But the store in my dreams would also have a great selection of   arcade games-which I am not allowed even one at the moment).

Right now I am wondering if the Pinball Shoppe of North Olmsted would allows us to "TEST" his arcades to make sure they are in working order.
We finally had someone move it next to use.  He is an artist that does caricature portraits.  This is great since I love most forms of art.
On the video game side of things I am seeing a rise in prices for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) games while I feel that prices for XBOX and PS2 (Play Station 2) are dropping.  GC (GameCube) games are hard to price some are low others really high.
With repairing SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) controllers I have found a weird glitch.  I do not know if it is only the SNES controller or the SNES system, but I have a lot fail on me.  A brand new one just quit with no cause and rewiring an SNES controller is difficult work.  I think maybe an SNES system can be faulty and short an SNES controller, because I have new ones quit on me. Now I am going to restore a PS2 system, thanks!

Finally have a store front at Jamie's (Jay-May's) Flea market.  I have had my dream come true, the only problem right now is that I cannot have an arcade game.  It has taken us three weeks to finally set up everything.   The great thing about it is that, I can price items at the price I am willing to pay for them.  Most of our BOOKS, DVD's, VHS, Decor, and Baby/Kids clothing sell for $0.25 (twenty-five cents) or 5/$1.00 (five for a dollar).  Luckily this week I was able to set up shop, restoring and repairing game consoles.  I am more of a vintage kind of guy.  We also purchase non-working electronics that you own and give around 20% of the value I would sell it for.  Any cords or adapters you may have I will always be happy to look at!
